Praisedock – Refund Policy

1. Overview
Praisedock offers subscription-based access to a software tool that helps users manually collect, curate, and display customer testimonials on their websites.
We want our customers to feel confident when trying Praisedock. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request them.
2. Free Trial & Eligibility
If you subscribe to a paid Praisedock plan that includes a free trial, you may cancel at any time during the trial period and you will not be charged.
For paid subscriptions without a free trial, refunds may be requested within 14 days of the initial purchase, subject to the conditions below.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the initial charge, and
- The account has not engaged in abnormal or excessive usage patterns that are inconsistent with reasonable product evaluation.
Refunds apply only to the first billing period of a subscription. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:
- Requests submitted after the 14-day refund window
- Renewal charges after the initial billing period
- Accounts that demonstrate abusive or fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to activity intended to extract value without reasonable intent to evaluate the service

We strongly encourage customers to contact our support team first so we can help resolve any issues.
6. Payment Processing & Refund Method
All payments for Praisedock are processed by our authorized payment partners, such as Lemon Squeezy or Creem, who act as the Merchant of Record.
Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method and are subject to the policies and processing times of the payment provider.
7. Account Status After Refund
If a refund is issued, your paid subscription features may be discontinued or reverted to free-tier functionality.
This does not affect your ability to continue using any free features offered by Praisedock.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have a billing concern, we recommend contacting us first so we can assist you promptly.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support may delay resolution, as disputes are handled directly by the payment provider and subject to their procedures.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
