Praisedock – Terms of Service

Effective Date: December 20, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Praisedock ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Praisedock is operated as an independent software service. Payment processing and subscription management are handled by authorized third-party payment providers acting as the Merchant of Record.

2. Description of the Service

Praisedock provides a software tool that allows users to manually collect, curate, and display testimonials or feedback on their websites.

The Service is display-only in nature. Praisedock does not generate, verify, authenticate, or validate reviews or testimonials, nor does it automatically collect content from third-party platforms.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. User Content & Responsibility

You retain full ownership of all content you upload, import, or display using the Service ("User Content").

By using Praisedock, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right to use and display the User Content
  • The User Content does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • The User Content is not misleading, deceptive, defamatory, or unlawful

Praisedock does not review, endorse, or verify User Content and is not responsible for its accuracy or legality.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create or promote deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent representations
  • Display testimonials you do not have the right to use
  • Misrepresent endorsements, affiliations, or customer experiences
  • Violate applicable consumer protection, advertising, or data protection laws
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

We reserve the right to take reasonable action if we become aware of misuse of the Service.

6. Subscription, Billing & Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription.

All payments are processed by third-party payment providers, such as Lemon Squeezy or Creem, who act as the Merchant of Record. Praisedock does not process or store payment card information.

Subscription fees, billing cycles, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and the policies of the applicable payment provider.

7. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the payment provider's customer portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe that:

  • These Terms have been violated, or
  • Continued access may result in legal or regulatory risk

Termination decisions are made in good faith and proportionate to the circumstances.

8. Service Availability & Changes

We strive to keep the Service available and functioning as intended. However, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time, including features or pricing, with reasonable notice where practicable.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Praisedock disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Praisedock does not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements or produce particular business outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Praisedock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Praisedock during the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Praisedock from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your User Content, to the extent permitted by law.

This does not affect any rights or obligations of the payment provider acting as Merchant of Record.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
